Job summary

CPL is seeking a German-speaking Outbound Business Development Representative to join its rapidly expanding tech team in Ireland. You will identify promising companies, collaborate with Account Executives, and craft messaging across channels to drive opportunities for marketing automation solutions.

You will operate in a dynamic environment, with hybrid work (2 days remote per week) and a base salary of €43,550 plus bonus, with a competitive OTE of around €67,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company (preferred).
• Proficient in German and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising companies that can benefit from marketing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to devise and implement prospecting strategies.
• Craft compelling messaging tailored to various channels, industries, and personas.
• Share insights and best practices to enhance the outbound process.
• Demonstrate accountability and effort to achieve and surpass targets.
