Job summary

Bank of Ireland, operating through Cpl, is seeking a friendly Welcome Advisor for West Cork. You will be the first point of contact for personal and business customers, delivering courteous service and guiding them through self-service options.

Branch Welcome Advisors in West Cork

Location: At the moment have the following roles available:

• Skibereen, covering Bandon and Clonakilty
• Clonakilty, covering Bandon and Skibereen

Please note: Flexibility to travel between the branches will be required on occasion. A mileage allowance will be provided.

Salary: €16.48 per hour (equates to €30,000 per year)

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsite

As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.
