Job summary

Bank of Ireland, via CPL, seeks Branch Welcome Advisors for Cork City with 12-month contracts at South Mall and Carrigaline/Douglas areas. Roles are fully onsite, 9am-5pm, with occasional branch travel and mileage reimbursement.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service to personal and business clients, guiding them through self-service options and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Branch Welcome Advisors in Cork City Area

Location: At the moment have the following roles available:

• South Mall - 12 month contract
• Carrigaline, covering Douglas and Patrick Street - 12 month contract

Please note: Flexibility to travel between the branches will be required on occasion. A mileage allowance will be provided.

Salary: €16.48 per hour (equates to €30,000 per year)

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsite

As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.
