Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Corporate Customer Services Representative to support the wide corporate and commercial client base. You will process sales orders, update price lists and customer data, and coordinate with production and distribution to track order status.

The role requires a 3rd level qualification, 2–3+ years B2B customer service experience, and strong IT skills including ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in business studies or a relevant discipline.
• 2-3+ years strong customer/client services experience ideally in a B2B role.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution or shipping focused environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication & inter-personal skills.
• Strong IT skills, including ERP systems & the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales orders.
• Updating price listings & customer data.
• Liaising with production & distribution teams on order shipment status.
• Responding to and resolving client queries.
• Preparing KPI reports for management teams.
• Ad-hoc duties & project support as required by senior management.
