Job summary

CSG & Chemifloc in Shannon is seeking a Customer Services Representative to support order processing, delivery coordination and customer queries from ERP systems and MS Office tools.

You will process sales orders by phone and email, update records, liaise with distributors and production, and help ensure on-time deliveries while upholding Health and Safety standards. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a dynamic customer-oriented environment.
• Experience in a logistics or freight company is desirable but not essential.
• Strong IT skills including ERP systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Candidates must already possess the right to work in the EU.
• Can-do attitude with ability to use initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work across locations.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders by phone and e-mail and enter orders on company systems.
• Revert to customers with delivery dates and times per lead times.
• Highlight changes to orders to production or regarding unusual requirements.
• Update company systems with new customer accounts, delivery addresses, products, etc.
• Upload delivery details to 3rd party distribution networks within deadlines.
• Liaise with distributor, investigate and follow up on queries.
• Coordinate with customers to amend delivery schedules as needed.
• Communicate with technical representatives to ensure site readiness prior to deliveries.
