Xenon arc is seeking a dedicated candidate in Dublin to launch a career in technical sales, progressing from onboarding to managing a growing Italian-speaking customer segment. This 3+2 work model supports hybrid collaboration while developing commercial skills and revenue growth.

The programme targets graduates with a science background and provides structured onboarding, with the long-term aim of independent segment ownership and increasing responsibility in a desk-based sales role.

Qualifications

• Degree in science-related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B chemical sales, technical sales, or account management.
• Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Expand revenue within the assigned customer segment through multi-faceted engagements.
• Establish new customer relationships through prospecting and sales efforts.
• Direct customer order forecasts to meet projections.
• Optimize service levels to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Own the customer experience, including orders, payments, and logistics.
• Utilize CRM to capture customer data and daily activities.
