Job summary

CPL Group, partnering with Bank of Ireland, is seeking an experienced Bereavement Customer Service Advisor for a 9-month contract at the Bank of Ireland local hub. Roles run from 9am–5pm, with the salary noted as €16.48 per hour.

You will support bereaved customers and their representatives with empathy in a professional service centre. Based in the Bank of Ireland hub, you’ll manage inbound calls, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with group and regulatory policies while handling highly

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and empathy in communications.
• Comfortable handling sensitive bereavement cases within banking processes.
• Ability to navigate multiple banking systems and adhere to compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality service to bereaved customers and their representatives.
• Take ownership of issue resolution and ensure completion of end-to-end processes.
• Handle inbound calls and call transfers from colleagues and solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, ROI risk and local regulations in daily activities.
