Bank of Ireland through Cpl invites you to join as a Welcome Advisor in Dundrum. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and efficient service with a focus on both personal and business clients.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach in a busy branch environment, with opportunities to learn about Self-Service options and Banking 365. Salary is €30,000 per year and standard hours apply.

• Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary.
• Share customer insights to help improve service delivery.
