Job summary

Cpl is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for UK Operations to be based on-site in Kilkenny. The role runs on a 6-month contract with daily 7-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays, primarily 9:00–18:00, with bank holidays as UK holidays.

You will provide best-in-class customer service and support Bank of Ireland customers from a dedicated contact centre environment. We value problem solvers, strong communication, resilience and adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service (Retail, Hospitality, Contact centre)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to Problem Solve
• Be resilient and demonstrate agility to flex your learning in role
• Good level of PC skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ‘Best in Class’ customer service and provide clear solutions to customer queries within contact centre environment.
• Perform and approach your role to the professional standards expected of a leading contact centre.
• Work towards achievement of individual performance objectives based on SLAs.
• Positively contribute to your team and support team colleagues.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements including all operational and administrative procedures including risk verification protocols.
