Job summary

PRC Recruitment Ltd in Ireland seeks an Account Executive to own a portfolio of prospect accounts across the Benelux region. You will develop go-to-market plans, articulate ROI, and guide decision-makers through approvals to transact.

You will engage early-stage leads, present the value, negotiate pricing, and drive multi-year contracts with a remote-friendly, flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new-name sales, ideally selling into South EMEA region.
• Advocate for Challenger and Solution Selling techniques in a SaaS environment.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and an appetite for experimentation.
• Ability to uncover latent opportunity and convert it into tangible revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined set of prospect accounts across the Benelux market identified as having a need for our proposition.
• Develop and execute a plan to engage these prospects with Marketing, Account Management, Client Success and Product.
• Engage early-stage leads, gain access to decision makers with pain, and open strategic conversations around solving it.
• Present the value proposition and create the vision of a partnered solution addressing the pain uncovered in discovery.
• Guide your sponsor from ROI and business case through trial/POC to executive approval.
• Negotiate pricing and multiyear contractual agreements.
• Provide continuous market feedback to ensure the business adapts to demand in the Nordic region.
• Drive an effective handover to Account Management to maintain long-term relationships.
