Job summary

Asana in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive for the Benelux region. You will deepen relationships with key decision-makers, crafting value-driven plans and driving long-term growth across established partnerships.

You will collaborate across GTM functions and leverage data-driven insights to overcome challenges, close high-impact deals, and deliver measurable business value in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling to the Enterprise segment.
• 8+ years closing business with Enterprise SaaS.
• Expertise with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales principles.
• Proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Masterfully navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize existing solutions and identify exciting new use cases.
• Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders see the value of your vision and Asana.
• Drive revenue and grow businesses by leveraging negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure long-term partnerships.
• Partner with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users.
• Deepen usage of the whole work graph to deliver unmatched value with scalability and consistency.
