Job summary

Bank of Ireland, delivered through Cpl, is seeking a Welcome Advisor for our Ballyshannon branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service and supporting both personal and business customers on-site.

This 12-month contract offers Monday–Friday 9am–5pm hours with occasional travel between branches and a mileage allowance. A proactive, customer-focused mindset will help you thrive in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and perform cashier duties as required.
• Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking 365.
• Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Handle basic queries and escalate when necessary.
• Share insights to improve service delivery.
• Adapt to change and learn new banking systems.
