Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Development Manager to accelerate growth with strategic Service Provider partners. You will develop and scale AI-led Built On ServiceNow solutions—managed services powered by our platform.

In this trusted advisory role you will shape multi-year growth strategies, explore whitespace opportunities, and collaborate with partner leadership to drive platform adoption, ROI, and guide deals from discovery through launch.

Qualifications

Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes, decisions or problem solving.
Proven track record in solution business development or sales, esp. with managed services or AI-enabled offerings.
10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience, including complex solutions & partnerships.
Experience selling to senior leaders in large enterprises.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels.
Knowledge of enterprise platforms, AI trends and digital transformation.
Willingness to travel as required for partner engagement.
Experience in consultative selling within BPO or platform/product environments.
Background in re-platforming managed services onto SaaS solutions.
Experience working with BPO leaders on transforming proprietary software into cloud offerings.
Pre-sales or solution leadership experience with GSIs or consulting firms.
Exposure to platform adoption, AI-enabled building, and monetization on enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Shape a multi-year growth strategy for Built On ServiceNow managed services and AI-led solutions.
Identify whitespace opportunities where ServiceNow can serve as an AI-powered platform foundation.
Collaborate with partner leadership to align growth strategies around Built On and AI-enabled capabilities.
Guide solution deals through their full lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
Present AI-enabled Built On solutions to partner leaders, highlighting ROI and platform differentiation.
Participate in Partner Executive Briefings and collaborate with partner teams to showcase use cases.
Lead GTM strategy and deal structuring with cross-functional stakeholders.
