Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Partner Services Manager to own the partner enablement programme end to end, delivering curricula, certifications, and scalable online learning using AI tools. You will design and run high-impact webinars, curate self-led content, and drive partner certification on our learning platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience, with 3+ years in enablement, training, or implementation/consulting roles.
• Design curricula, build certification programmes, and measure learning outcomes.
• Confident in preparing and delivering polished webinars and live sessions to large external audiences.
• Hands‑on use of AI tools to create, personalise, and maintain enablement content at scale.
• Ability to make complex topics simple to understand.
• Comfortable working with partners, consultants, and customers via video calls.
• Adapt to changing processes and continuously improve enablement practices.
• Demonstrate Fin values in everyday work and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner enablement programme end to end – curriculum, certification pathways, and a regular calendar of enablement moments.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality webinars and live enablement sessions for partner audiences on new product releases and deployment methodology.
• Curate self-led online enablement at scale using AI to create, personalise, and maintain learning content.
• Run the partner certification programme on our learning platform, tracking completion and deadlines.
• Onboard and ramp new Service Delivery Partners with shadow engagements before independent delivery.
• Act as the liaison ensuring a great partner experience and monitor quality against deployment methodology.
• Drive a Quarterly Business Review with each service partner covering delivery quality, certification status, capacity, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Deployment Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver the best client experience and feed feedback.
