Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, seeks a Partner Services Manager to design and deliver high-quality partner enablement. You will run certification programs, create scalable online content, and deliver engaging webinars for a growing ecosystem of partners worldwide.

You’ll collaborate with Deployment, Sales and Customer Success to ensure top-tier client outcomes. You’ll lead shadow engagements, monitor delivery against standards, and drive quarterly business reviews to keep partners aligned with

Qualifications

• 6+ years of work experience in enablement, training, or implementation/consulting.
• Experience designing curricula, defining certification pathways, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience creating and delivering webinars and live sessions to external audiences.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and Fin context, plus AI-assisted content creation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner enablement programme end to end: curriculum, certifications, and enablement calendar.
• Prepare and deliver webinars and live sessions on product releases, deployment, and best practices.
• Curate scalable online enablement content and AI-driven learning materials for partners.
• Manage the partner certification programme on the learning platform, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Onboard and ramp new Service Delivery Partners with shadow engagements before independent delivery.
• Liaise to ensure Partners have a great experience and monitor delivery quality against methodology.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners covering delivery quality, certification, capacity, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Deployment, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimise client onboarding and feedback.
