Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI to improve workflows, decision-making, or product functionality, incl. AI APIs and automation.
• JavaScript focused role; strong Java or Python familiarity welcomed.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOD/design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines for reliability.
• Analytical mindset for designing impactful AI solutions.
• Proficient with IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
• Collaborative, quality-focused mindset and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Leverage ServiceNow AI Capabilities to build AI-powered, scalable software solutions that deliver measurable impact.
• Apply prompt engineering and scalable architectures to support AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate needs into intelligent features from design to delivery.
• Develop extensible, user-friendly software for AI-driven functionality.
• Build intuitive JavaScript UI components (LitJs, DaisyUI, TailwindCSS) for flexible customer needs.
• Integrate automated testing frameworks (Playwright) into CI/CD for high-quality releases.
• Participate in design and code reviews to promote best practices in performance and maintainability.
• Contribute to AI-enabled product design and enhancement for reliability and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot and optimize stack performance for scalability and responsiveness.
• Mentor colleagues on software craftsmanship and responsible AI integration.
