Zendesk in Ireland is seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Executive to grow existing key accounts and win new logos in the B2B SaaS/AI space. You will articulate AI-powered CX/EX value to executives and manage multi-stakeholder deals, aligning solutions with business goals.

You will lead strategic territory plans, partner with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AI sales with complex deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing partnerships in the Commercial segment.
• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles with multi-month deals.
• Demonstrate AI value and ROI to senior leaders across organizations.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers in target accounts.
• Craft territory plans and maintain a high-converting pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineers, marketing, and customer success to win.
