Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Executive to grow our Commercial relationships and expand offerings with B2B SaaS and AI solutions.

You will lead value-centric sales cycles, engage with VP and C-level leaders, and collaborate across Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable ROI for clients. Travel to client sites may be required as part of building deep relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• B2B SaaS / AI sales experience, ideally mid-market or complex deals.
• Strong consultative communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic planning and execution with territory management.
• Interest in AI transforming customer experience and clear value articulation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Value: spearhead new acquisition and expand partnerships.
• Lead Complex, Value-centric sales cycles with multi-month deals and PoC stages.
• Champion AI Innovation and translate tech into ROI for clients.
• Build Meaningful Relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers.
• Master Your Territory with data-driven pipeline and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to win.
• Share Your Vision by aligning Zendesk products to customer goals.
• Report & Attain: forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly; exceed goals.
