Zendesk is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to grow the business by expanding relationships with key accounts and introducing AI-powered CX/EX solutions. You will navigate senior stakeholders, manage multi-month deals with PoC stages, and craft strategic territory plans to build a strong pipeline.

The role requires experience in B2B SaaS sales, a consultative approach, and a passion for AI-enabled customer experiences. Hybrid work and travel to client sites are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS/AI sales, ideally mid-market or complex deals with a history of hitting goals.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing relationships with key accounts and expand Zendesk's offerings.
• Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles including multi-month deals with PoC stages.
• Champion AI innovation by translating tech into tangible ROI for business leaders.
• Build relationships with VP and C-level decision-makers in a consultative selling style.
• Master territory plans with data-driven insights to create a high-converting pipeline.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Communicate Zendesk product benefits and align them with customer objectives to drive expansion and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and strive to exceed revenue goals.
