Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for the UKI region. You will own the full sales lifecycle, prospect new commercial customers, and expand partnerships with a focus on AI-powered solutions.

You will engage with C‑Suite and VP executives, negotiate complex deals, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced SaaS environment across the UK and Ireland. A hybrid work setup is available, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 4 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven end-to-end deal management experience from lead gen to contracting.
• Experience selling in the UK/Irish market.
• Ability to engage, present to, and influence C‑level and VP executives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers and developing growth strategies.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executives, articulating value of AI-powered solutions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to existing customers and expand account revenue.
• Lead complex sales cycles with strong communication and value selling.
