Leadout Capital is hiring an Account Executive based in Dublin to lead end-to-end sales for the Belgium SMB market. You will balance new business with expansion, selling Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce powered AI solutions to mid-market clients.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, and offers relocation support with a hybrid Dublin-based setup. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quota attainment and customer success.

• Proven quota carrying, tech solution-based direct sales experience.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to meet objectives.
• Ability to uncover processes, challenges, and goals through discovery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sales in the Belgium market, managing complex deals.
• Drive growth with a focus on new business and expansion.
• Utilise consultative selling to map Salesforce AI and Data solutions to client needs.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person engagements.
• Collaborate across teams (BD, pre-sales, Marketing) to optimise the Belgium funnel.
