360 Search is seeking an experienced senior sales professional to lead new business growth across Dublin. You will engage with clients, prospect new opportunities, and develop a robust pipeline while supporting the regional expansion strategy.

You will balance 80% new business with 20% relationship management for strategic accounts, benefiting from a supportive structure and hybrid working. A dynamic, autonomous sales approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial insurance broking.
• A genuine appetite for sales and business development.
• Confident and outgoing with strong client facing skills.
• Generalist across commercial lines; sector specialization welcomed but not essential.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy.
• Candidates moving from an existing book or account management into a sales role will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Generate and win new commercial insurance business across the Dublin region.
• Build and develop a strong personal pipeline through networking, events, referrals and self-generated activity.
• Convert leads from telemarketing and brand activity.
• Manage a small number of strategic client relationships as escalation point.
• Work across all Dublin offices and support regional growth.
• Bring fresh ideas on target sectors and approaches to market.
• Contribute to the development of the regional sales structure with potential progression to regional leadership.
