LinkedIn in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an Account Director to join the Growth & Mid-Market team. This hybrid role blends remote work with office days as needed, focusing on selling LinkedIn's marketing solutions to top advertisers.

You will develop sales strategies, lead a bi-annual business plan, manage 100+ client relationships, and use data-driven insights to drive growth. Travel up to 10% may be required and collaboration with Partners & Client Solution Manager is expected.

Competenze

• 5+ years of client-facing roles with internal or external stakeholder management experience.
• 3+ years of media sales or digital marketing experience.
• 3+ years experience in a direct revenue generating role.
• Business fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a bi-annual business plan to meet and exceed sales quota.
• Deliver a sales approach to activate, grow and close new business with advertising prospects and customers, working with Partners & Client Solution Manager.
• Interpret market pressures and insights to prioritize 100+ customers, tailoring strategy for growth.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach and implement tiered service to drive growth.
• Use a data-driven approach to activation, growth, and tailor narratives by industry and country.
• Stay updated on product solutions and deliver cohesive sales approaches across LinkedIn products.
• Provide updates to the management team on pipeline and sales forecast.
• Travel may be required up to 10%.
