The role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Video Editor to join our team (full-time or freelance with ~30 hours/week availability). Your initial focus will be editing short-form videos for a personal brand in thewellness, spiritual, and personal growth space. You’ll help transform meaningful teachings and stories into powerful, engaging content that inspires a global audience.

What will you’ll do

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Transform raw footage into dynamic, platform-optimized content that aligns with each brand’s voice and message
• Add captions, graphics, sound effects, transitions, and animations to enhance storytelling
• Jump on trends fast — speed matters
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to brainstorm and execute concepts
• Keep assets and editing files organized for an efficient workflow

Who you are

• Proven experience editing social media content that actually performs
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut,CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong eye for pacing, detail, and storytelling — especially in wellness, spiritual, or personal development content
• Up to date with trends, sounds, and editing styles on TikTok and IG
• Open-minded and comfortable working on topics around personal growth and self-awareness
• Self-starter who thrives on feedback and quick turnarounds

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)
• Worked with wellness, coaching, or personal brands before
• Understanding of content strategy and community engagement
