About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team at PT Ikonsultan Inovatama. As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our innovative technology solutions. This is a contract role based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, offering flexible work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and implement efficient and secure backend systems, APIs, and server-side logic

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices

Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify and resolve performance bottlenecks

Participate in the implementation of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in backend development

Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in backend development, preferably in a similar role

Experience in Springboot.

Experience in microservices architecture and development.

Familiarity with popular web frameworks and libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, Spring, Express.js)

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Understanding of RESTful API design and development

Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
