Job description

As a Content Creator at JOS Creative, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging, impactful content that supports the client's marketing and communications objectives. Reporting to the Creative & Marketing Manager, this full-time position is based in South Tangerang, Banten, with the exciting opportunity to work remotely wherever the project takes us!

What you'll be doing

Conceptualise and create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various digital channels, including social media platforms, promotional/ads materials, and campaign materials

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand content strategy and align your work with the overall brand identity and messaging

Conduct research, gather insights, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform the development of innovative, on-brand content

Optimise content for search engine visibility and online engagement

Assist with the planning and execution of content-driven marketing campaigns

Measure and analyse the performance of content, using data to improve and refine your approach continuously

Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a content creation or marketing communications role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy for various medium

Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into visually engaging and user-friendly content

Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as Capcut, Canva, other editing tools & content management systems

Familiarity with content Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and digital marketing principles

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also taking initiative and working independently

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, error-free content

Great attitude both under a minimal or a maximal work pressure
