Customer Relationship Specialist (Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong relationships.
  • Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to present, promote, and sell services while negotiating and closing deals
  • Identify additional business opportunities and future prospects with existing clients
  • Draft proposals and other relevant documents for clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related area)
  • Min. 1 year of experience as a Sales Specialist, Deal Maker, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
