Job summary
A leading construction firm in Bogor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects. The role involves preparing cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and conducting site monitoring. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience and hold a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in Autodesk tools is preferred. This position requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with project teams to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and tender documents.
Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings and prepare cost estimates for civil works.
- Monitor project costs and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding site requirements.

Education
This role involves supporting construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and monitoring project volumes. You will work closely with project and purchasing teams to ensure cost efficiency, proper material planning, and compliance with technical standards throughout the project.
Review construction drawings and prepare cost estimates (BOQ/RAB) for civil works, architectural works, structural works, infrastructure, interior and MEP (added value).
Prepare cost estimates for MEP works (added value).
Conduct clarification and aanwijzing sessions during the tender process with the purchasing team.
Perform volume control and verification of actual site implementation based on shop drawings.
Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Manager regarding material requirements, project costs, site preparation, and work quality (SBO).
Carry out cost control activities and ensure alignment with the approved project budget.
Minimum education: S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cubicost Glodon and Revit (added value).
Able to read and understand construction drawings and tender documents.
Strong cost analysis skills.
Good understanding of construction materials, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation (RAB).
Willing to be placed at Megamendung (Bogor Regency).
