Job summary

A leading Indonesian food manufacturer is looking for a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity in operations. The role involves identifying performance gaps, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and leading improvement projects. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields and a minimum of 2 years' experience in food manufacturing. Strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities are required. Willingness to work occasional Saturdays is necessary.

  • Experience improving employee experience and performance management through data analysis.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (twice a month).

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to join our team and drive efficiency, quality, and productivity across our operations. This role is responsible for identifying performance gaps, implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement among team members.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Food Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing as a Continuous Improvement Specialist/Lead.
  • Experience improving employee experience and performance management through data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid knowledge of Lean and quality principles (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma Green Belt).
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (twice a month).
