• To ensure hardware configuration management and placement inside DC/DRC smoothly run.
• To ensure DC/DRC facilities run well including to notify maintenance contract to vendor or other service provider for DC/DRC.
• To ensure and evaluate SLA report related to DC/DRC facilities. To liaise with other party in periodic maintenance and to report all incident/disruption impacted to DC/DRC.
• To liaise with DC Head to ensure standard operational mechanism in DC/DRC and also the access procedure to DC/DRC.
• To liaise with DC support to support inventory process in DC/DRC.
