We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives in Indonesia. • Lead market expansion efforts by establishing new partnerships and leveraging existing networks.
• Utilize your professional network to identify and onboard key partners.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner and client experiences.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnership management within the trading industry (FX or CFD preferred).
• Existing portfolio of business relationships is a plus.
• Strong planning and execution skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Native Bahasa speaker with strong English proficiency.
