About The Role

The Marketing & Partnership Executive will be responsible for driving local market growth and revenue in Yogyakarta through end-to-end marketing execution and partnership initiatives. This role will have full ownership of local marketing activities, working closely with Operations and HQ teams to ensure effective demand generation and sustainable growth.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and execute local marketing activations (online & offline), including BTL, community, residential, campus, and hyperlocal campaigns.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage local partnerships (apartments, kost/co-living, communities, campuses, and local businesses).
  • Localize and execute HQ marketing campaigns to fit Yogyakarta market characteristics.
  • Drive demand generation and support revenue growth for Pinhome products, especially Home Service.
  • Monitor campaign and partnership performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Supply teams to ensure campaign readiness and service availability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering activation impact, orders, and revenue contribution.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or growth (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to handle end-to-end ownership.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Familiar with local market dynamics in Yogyakarta (communities, campuses, residential areas).
  • Able to analyze basic performance metrics (leads, orders, conversion, revenue).
  • Willing to work on‑ground and handle field activation when needed.
About The Team

You will be part of the Regional Operations & Growth Team at Pinhome, working closely with Operations, Supply, and HQ Marketing teams. The team focuses on building scalable growth at the city level, with high ownership, fast execution, and strong collaboration to achieve market and revenue targets in Yogyakarta.
