Key Account Sales Supervisor
Job summary
A leading piping system company in Indonesia is seeking a project sales professional with over 3 years of experience in the piping industry. The candidate will establish relationships with project customers and distributors, assist in the sales process, and achieve sales targets. Networking with reputable MEP consultants and contractors is crucial. A driving license and willingness to travel are preferable. Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities are offered.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years of project sales experience in piping system industry.
- Experience from senior officer to supervisor level in relevant companies.
- Good networking with reputable consultants and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Establish relationships with new customers and distributors.
- Assist agents/distributors in maintaining project customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and manage sales expenses.
Skills
- Establish relationship with new project customers and distributors and achieve strategic cooperation
- Recommend Rifeng to reputable MEP/architecture consulting companies to be on their material purchase list and achieve strategic cooperation with reputable consultants
- Assist regional agents/distributors to develop and maintain relationships with project customers
- Ability to identify and resolve potential problems in projects
- Strive to achieve the sales targets of the company and at the same time control sales expense under budget
- Make product presentations to MEP Consultants, owners/developers, or project stakeholders to ensure that Rifeng are listed in the specifications
- Support Sales Manager to manage, guide and assess the sales team (if any) in terms of project field
- Support Marketing Dept. to collect competitors’ information and market information
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting
- Driving license: A (preferable) or C
Qualifications:
- Must have:
- More than 3 (three) years of project sales experience in piping system industry; especially focusing in PPR, PEX and PVC Conduit pipes
- From senior officer to supervisor level (from Rucika/Lesso/Toro/SD/Pralon/Vinilon/Westpex are preferred)
- Have networking and very good relationship with reputable MEP consultants, contractors (main, sub, etc), developers, project owners, and distributors
- Handling reputable project customers & distributors in Indonesia
- Willing to business travel all around Indonesia (if needed)
- Good to have:
- Proficiency in English is preferable
