Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta Selatan to support customer document handling, email-based requests, and authorization workflows. The role emphasizes accuracy, process understanding, and collaboration with Banking ops and Card ops teams.

The incumbent will work with English communication, knowledge of banking products, and familiarity with contact center environments to ensure compliant and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving dan sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin: Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops.
• Authorization: Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transcation.
