Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta. You will handle customer requests via email, validate documents for accuracy, and support authorization and transaction cancellation processes in collaboration with banking ops and the contact centre team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage unsecured mails on supporting documents and handle related customer requests via email.
• RMS follow-up, approvals and admin tasks to validate requests for accuracy before bank ops execution.
• Respond to service team queries about Authorization processes and coordinate with acquiring banks for transaction cancellations.
