Responsibilities

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents and handling related customer requests.
• RMS follow up, approvals and admin: supporting service team to validate requests for accuracy and completeness prior to execution by Banking ops or Card ops.
• Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process and managing acquiring bank for cancelling transactions.
