Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta to support unsecured mail handling, document validation, and authorization processes within the International Wealth and Premier Banking group. You will work with the service team to ensure accuracy and completeness before banking operations execution, while coordinating with acquiring banks on cancellations and IVR/digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving and sending email related customer requests.
RMS follow up, approval and admin: supporting service team to validate requests to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to execution by Banking ops or Card ops.
Authorization: answering queries from service team related to Authorization process and managing acquiring bank for cancelling transactions; involve contact centre project to increase IVR and Digital channel penetration.
