Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will manage unsecured mails, support RMS follow-up and approvals, and handle authorization queries to ensure accurate and complete customer requests before execution by Banking or Card ops.

The role requires English proficiency, knowledge of banking products, and understanding of contact centre processes and technologies. You will be part of HSBC's IWPB operations, contributing to a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving and sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin: Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops
• Authorization: Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transaction. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration.
