You will lead the store team with hands-on coaching, build client relationships, uphold brand standards, manage promotions, and report monthly sales results while fostering a positive, customer‑centric environment for watch enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor
• Excellent ability in team management & development
• Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
• Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
• Manage and coach the team into building sustainable.
• Client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
• Build the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.
