Job summary

Ctlyst is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales performance, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and lead staff training at our Jamtangan.com Store in the Jabotabek area.

You will lead the store team with hands-on coaching, build client relationships, uphold brand standards, manage promotions, and report monthly sales results while fostering a positive, customer‑centric environment for watch enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor
• Excellent ability in team management & development
• Proven role model in selling skills, floor management, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM)
• Attractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
• Excellent service orientation, ensuring customer satisfaction based on SOP, while mastering brand knowledge to act as a trusted watch consultant
