Mondelèz International Southeast Asia in Cikarang, Indonesia is seeking a Wastewater Plant Supervisor Ops Safety Team Lead to oversee plant operations, safety, and performance targets while driving continuous improvement.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma initiatives, governance for performance, and talent development across multi-functional teams to ensure reliable, sustainable operation.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building
• An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet SQCDSM targets in safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost and sustainability.
• Implement manufacturing strategy and build a high performing organization.
• Establish governance to review, control operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop talent, attract, retain and develop critical staff and collaborate with cross-functional peers.
