Job summary

Mondelēz International Southeast Asia is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to lead production lines and deliver safety, quality and productivity targets. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma initiatives and coach line teams to build a sustainable, high-performing organization in a dynamic regional environment.

You will manage governance and initiatives across safety, quality, and cost while engaging with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in a CPG environment.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, SIX SIGMA concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Engineer with financial and business acumen; project management knowledge.
• No relocation support available.
