Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing/CPG environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Engineer with financial acumen and project management ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets.
• Implement IL6S, FoF, and autonomous maintenance within line teams.
• Coach and develop line leaders; cascade plans and KPI targets.
• Ensure governance, compliance with GMP, health and safety, and local regulations.
