Job summary

You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and a zero-loss culture while shaping a high-performance, cross-functional team in a dynamic FMCG environment.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and project management skills to optimize line performance, maintenance, and process improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, leadership in team-based settings.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in the plant and deliver KPIs (SQCDSM).
• Ensure manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and build a high-performing organization.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
