Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader to run production operations in the plant, delivering SQCDSM targets and building a high-performing organization in Indonesia.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and governance, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environment standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and deliver KPIs (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Implement manufacturing strategy and build a high performing organization.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, health, safety, environment, and policies.
• Talent and engagement for the manufacturing team; attract and develop talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with peers to achieve objectives.
