Qualifications

• Experience leading production operations in a large manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and TPM concepts.
• Excellent communication and leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Coach line teams and drive continuous improvement and a zero loss mindset.
• Establish governance to review performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve site objectives.
