Job summary

You will implement manufacturing strategy, coach line leaders, and build a high-performing, self-sufficient team while upholding GMP and food safety standards in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership in CPG with Lean, 6 sigma tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership in team-based settings.
• Engineer with financial/business acumen and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Implement IL6S and Lean pathways; develop Self-sufficient teams and governance.
• Coach line leaders; cascade plans and KPIs to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice manufacturing standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, health, safety and environment.
• Attract, retain and develop talent; partner with multi-functional teams.
