Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industries.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plant production operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Coach Line Leaders and drive continuous improvement and zero-loss mindset.
