Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead plant production operations in Cikarang and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM). You will implement the manufacturing strategy and build a high performing organization.

You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach line leaders, and establish governance for continuous improvement, safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing in a CPG environment with TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and leadership in team-based settings with analytics and problem solving.
• Engineer with strong financial acumen and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across operating teams to build self-sufficient lines.
• Support annual production plans and drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability goals.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop talent and engage with cross-functional peers to meet objectives.
