Job summary

Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking an Industrial Services Engineer for our Karawang Factory. You will manage utilities, steam, water, effluent, hygienic air handling, and ammonia systems, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation.

You will lead a team, develop competency plans, drive energy and water savings, maintain compliance with GMP and environmental standards, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, SH&E, and suppliers to deliver a high performing site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in Industrial Services or maintenance in food manufacturing.
• Experience with TPM/LEAN/Six Sigma and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee industrial services operations ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop competency plans and coach team members.
• Plan design/improvement of services plants and equipment, coordinating with qualified third parties.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, environmental, and regulatory standards.
