Job summary

Aqua Elektronik in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage warehouse inventory, coordinate product deliveries, and optimize transport activities within approved budgets. You will lead a team to improve reliability, implement process enhancements, and drive KPI reporting across the logistics function.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in logistics operations, strong English skills, and proficiency with WMS/TMS/SAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Familiar with WMS, TMS, SAP.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory levels and stock records across warehouse operations.
• Oversee and coordinate product delivery to designated destinations accurately and within the required timelines.
• Monitor and control logistics operational expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Plan and execute logistics transportation activities in alignment with operational requirements and business objectives.
• Optimize the utilization of warehouse space based on available storage capacity.
• Ensure product stock availability is maintained in accordance with the PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory) plan.
• Monitor and ensure dispatched products are promptly updated to Goods in Transit (GIT) status within the system to support sales target achievement.
• Lead, develop, and strengthen logistics team capabilities to improve operational reliability and professionalism.
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve logistics systems and processes, including TMS and HGWMS.
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including weekly and monthly reports, KPI reports, quarterly reports, first-half reports, and logistics cost analyses.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and overall logistics performance.
